SHEET METAL FABRICATION
80-ton CNC press brake: width of 72”.
15-ton 48" manual Chicago press.
We work with Cold Rolled & Stainless Steel sheets up to 12 gauge and Aluminum sheets up to 3/16".Brackets in any material up to 1/4".

PRECISION CUTTING
1000-watt fiber laser 48” x 96” table. Capable of cutting up to 1/4” steel, 3/16” aluminum, and 12-gauge stainless steel.
CO2 laser 48” x 96” table for organic material such as thin wood, cardboard, fabric, and acrylic, etc.
A 30-watt CO2 engraving laser. Size: 20”x30” to burn logos into wood, cut cardboard and paper

Woodwork & Soft Goods
If you can think of it, we can make it happen. We have access to a CNC 4x8 table router and industrial sewing machines.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
SolidWorks design software, 3D Printing and 3D scanning for prototyping. We can design your project or use your technical drawings or even a sketch on a napkin. Short-run or low-volume projects are welcome.

Powder Coating
We have in-house Powder Coating with a 6'x6'x12' oven for larger projects.
